We support organisations to develop adaptive leadership perspectives and expertise to find collective and inclusive solutions to the challenges of our complex world.

    Our founders are both alumni of the Harvard Kennedy School and bring innovative, cutting edge leadership practice to the work that we do.

  • We know that "change is the only constant" and we also believe that change within organisations can feel relentless and unsettling to identity, culture and purpose. At Ironbark Collective we support Government, corporate and community organisations to build cultures that are adaptive, agile and innovative; in effect becoming 'change positive' ecosystems. We know that effective organisations value both the adaptive and technical aspects of change and we are there to support them.

Ironbark Collaborative brings more than 30 years’ of experience and expertise in team effectiveness and leadership to the work that we do with big and small organisations and the groups/teams within them to support them to be as effective as possible.

  • Ironbark Collaborative has a team of highly experienced executive coaches that can support the ongoing professional development of leaders at all levels and sectors. At IC we strive to match a prospective coachee with one of our coaches that best fits their needs and aspirations. Our coaching services are bespoke to each client and is centred on strength-based adaptive leadership approaches that hone and sharpen impact.
